Hibiscus Cooler

Ingredients

• 1.5 ounce Smokeye Hill
• 3/4 ounce Passion Fruit Liqueur
• 1/2 ounce Citric Acid (alt lemon juice)
• 3 ounce Hibiscus Tea
• Garnish: Candied Hibiscus Flower, Lemon Wheel, or a Mint bouquet

If you want to make this seasonal add: 2 dashes of whiskey barrel aged bitters.

1. Add all ingredients to collins glass, fill with ice and stir.
